Allison Comeau

CO-CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As Co-CEO of BCV Asset Management, Allison leads Strategy, Portfolio & Wealth Management, Marketing, and People & Culture. She joined BCV in 2025, bringing nearly two decades of experience in asset management, wealth advisory, and organizational growth.

Allison began her career in financial services in 2007 with ATB Wealth, where she drove business and technology transformation and played a key role in scaling assets under management from $2 billion to $12 billion. In 2015, she became a founding partner at Grayhawk, serving as COO, Chief Experience Officer, and Family Office Consultant for ultra-high-net-worth families across Canada. Returning to ATB Wealth in 2023, she led acquisitions for the wealth business and advanced to Vice President, Strategy & Growth in 2024, overseeing Strategy, Insights, Data, and Strategic Markets across advisory lines.

Allison earned the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation in 2021, underscoring her expertise in guiding complex family wealth strategies.

Outside of her leadership role, Allison is deeply engaged in her community as Chair of the Highbanks Society, supporting young mothers with housing and life skills. An empty nester, she enjoys time with her family and dogs, while continuing to mentor and contribute to causes she is passionate about.
