In-depth research and analysis are central to our investment approach – we seek to acquire ownership stakes in outstanding companies at attractive prices. Rather than analyzing stock markets, we calculate what we believe a company is worth and we only buy shares when the stock price is less than the calculated value of the business. We can invest contrary to market trends – buying when prices are attractive and selling when stock market prices are substantially above the calculated value of a company.
