Melissa Daniels

COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE

Melissa is responsible for assisting and supporting the Chief Compliance Officer with the firm’s regulatory and compliance obligations. She started at BCV in 2026.  Prior to this role, she spent 16 years working at  Credit Unions, the last 5 in various compliance positions. Melissa obtained the Practicing Associate designation from the Canadian Anti-Money Laundering Institute in 2025.

Outside of work, Melissa stays busy with her husband and their two sons who are heavily involved in sports, including hockey in the winter and football in the summer. The family enjoys travelling together – often to a warm destination during Manitoba winters.
