Kim Wallace, CPHR

MANAGER - PEOPLE & CULTURE

Kim is responsible for managing the Human Resources function at BCV. Her responsibilities include strategic initiatives, corporate culture, and hiring new talent for the firm. Prior to joining BCV in 2021, Kim worked for a national recruitment firm, specializing in senior accounting and finance roles. Her extensive HR experience also includes work as a Human Resource Business Partner for a national retailer in team and institutional sports. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology followed by a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in 2000, both from the University of Manitoba. She holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation.

Kim is married, loves to cook and spend time with her family and friends. When she’s not at work she can be seen running from one gym to another for her three sporty kids.
