Crystal O'Neill, CPA, CGA

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Crystal is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of finance and accounting at BCV, including the preparation of financial statements and the annual audit. She is a member of the Management Committee and has a leadership role in the development of systems, policies and procedures. Crystal has worked in the financial services industry since 1997. Prior to joining BCV in 2008, she held client service and administrative roles at a Canadian bank and a leading Canadian investment management firm. Crystal earned her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Laurentian University and her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2011.

Crystal is married and the mother of two children. She enjoys travel, the outdoors and relaxing with friends and family.
