Manager, Advisor Experience
Tasks, Role & Responsibilities
Drives the Advisor experience and engagement plan, managing internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and dependencies, supporting the team to remove roadblocks and managing status updates.
Advises and facilitates effective project meetings with project leadership team to ensure alignment and common understanding of project information for special projects that advance advisor experience (ex. Advisor portal)
Acts as a subject matter expert on projects managed by other functional areas that impact advisor experience.
Identifies, recommends and develops processes, templates and practices to enhance the advisor experience.
Participates in the identification, measuring and reporting of metrics and macro data (i.e. surveys, monthly PM reports, updating PMs).
Launch and development of Know Your Advisor - our engagement framework to fully understand each advisor's business model, value proposition and required client experience with measurable outcomes related to AUM growth, retention, and advocacy.
Develop and maintain annual event calendar for advisor client events sponsored and/or attended by BCV.
Advisor metrics reporting and data validation (updates to various platforms – Engage, Sidedrawer) as it relates to advisors and advisor teams.
Manage referral agreements and Portfolio Manager Agreement documentation reviews.
Manage and maintains a real-time view of Advisor Experience to maintain alignment with strategy.
Special project work as well as other duties from time to time as this role evolves.

Strong Communication: Ability to develop clear communication standards and engage effectively with advisors, portfolio managers, and associates.
Project Management: Skilled in planning and executing events, onboarding programs, and special initiatives with attention to detail and deadline management.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive insights and improve processes.
Client-Driven Relationship Builder: Talent for fostering collaborative relationships across teams and maintaining positive advisor engagement.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including budgeting and coordinating various activities simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges in the advisor lifecycle and proactively implement solutions.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with the ability to lead change.
Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional efforts and motivating teams toward a common goal of enhancing the advisor experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the finance or investment management industry is advantageous.
