Client Service Associates
As an integral member of our dynamic operations team, our Client Service Associates support the full scope of client administration within the firm. Reporting to the Director of Client Service and Administration, we are currently looking to welcome new associates across three specialized operational areas:
The Prep Team: Manages the setup and coordination of new and existing accounts. In this track, associates connect with advisors and Portfolio Managers to ensure all documentation is properly completed to meet compliance requirements.
The Submits Team: Opens client accounts once documentation is completed by the Prep Team. Associates in this area set up online access, establish recurring payments, and submit transfers for new accounts.
The Activities Team: Manages the in-and-outflows of the accounts. This team performs daily reconciliations to ensure proper processing and reviews debits to meet tight timelines.
Educational Requirement:
Post-secondary education is an asset.
Role and Responsibilities
Responding in a timely manner to client and referring agent enquiries and requests for information.
Account processing, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting all required account opening forms.
Support for production of quarterly client statements and annual client reporting.
Creating and maintaining electronic and paper client files by scanning client paperwork and filing hardcopy per firm standards.
Updating all client records on firm systems, including the firm’s CRM (Engage) and Portfolio Management System (Ndex).
Additional responsibilities and special project work as the role grows and evolves.

Tech savviness and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Related work experience in the financial services industry is desired, but not required.
